In a constant search for combining product quality with increased environmental awareness, we supply a new high performance, non polluting burner, offered as standard on our block units.
Stepless modulation
TAUROTHERM heaters can be fitted with modulating oil burners which assure accurate air/fuel ratios across the modulation band ensuring optimum efficiency.
Expansion chamber deaerator
Continuous deaeration of the thermal fluid ensures long fluid life. The combined deaeration, thermal buffering and expansion vessel has been designed by TAURUS and approved independent authorities. In large capacity installations the deaeration chamber and expansion vessel are supplied separately. For the installations working at high temperatures or with special fluids a nitrogen blanket is required.
3 pass design
The tubular heat exchanger of the TAUROTHERM incorporates multipass air flow heat exchange which provides high efficiency, maximum heating surface and cleanliness thereby reducing downtime to a minimum. An air preheat section also provides insulation for the unit and increased combustion efficiency. (Not available on block units)
Multiple start coil
The coil is made from multiple starts which ensures a low pressure drop reducing motive power requirements of the pump.
